Salon Policies
Late Fee: $25 is added for every 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and will be charged 100% of your total.
No show: 100% of booked service total is charged (credit card kept on file and must pre-pay in full when scheduling your next appointment).
No Phone Calls: Text and emails are much easier to respond to and I am also able to give more detailed info regarding appointments, services, and other hair related questions. Voicemails and phone calls will NOT be returned. Text messages after 5:00 pm will be answered the following morning. Any text messages after 6:00pm on Saturday will be answered on Monday morning of the following week.
Cancellation Policy: A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subjected to a 100% charge of your total booked service.
Additional Appointment Charge: Appointments outside of normal business hours will be charged an additional fee of $25/hr.
Holiday Appointments: Holiday appointments (New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day) will incur a $250 additional charge. .
